An inventor trying to solve an issue with his Shrouded Tuyere, used for steel making was given sudden inspiration when he farted in the bathtub and bubbles were created in the water.
 
After reading this I thought how fun it would be to talk of other innovations, inspirations and inventions that exist because of farts or poop.
 
And so, Bubbles in the Bathtub is a unit study that explores flatulence and excrement (farts and poop) and how they have inspired innovative (and sometimes silly) creations.
